Year 6 Science

This term we are learning more about the human body. These posters and leaflets show how nutrients and water are transported around the human body.

During British Science Week, Year 6 made slime and investigated how much we could make it stretch!

After learning about Mary Anning and her discovery of many fossils, we had a go at making our own!

We have been exploring how animals adapt to their habitats. We made penguins to test how certain variations help them to survive in a polar environment.

We have been using scientific keys to classify different animals.

During our study of electricity, we designed and built door alarms.
