Phase Leaders

 

Our Year and Phase Leaders oversee the day-to-day organisation of their areas. They support high-quality teaching, monitor pupils’ progress and wellbeing, coordinate curriculum delivery and work closely with families, SENDCos and the Senior Leadership Team.

Celia Barker – Early Years Phase Leader

Celia leads the Early Years phase, supporting effective teaching, inclusive practice and developmentally appropriate learning.

Hollie Meikle – Key Stage 1 Phase Leader

Hollie leads Key Stage 1, promoting consistent teaching and learning and supporting pupils’ progress, participation and wider school experience.

Emma leads Lower Key Stage 2, overseeing curriculum delivery, teaching standards and the day-to-day organisation of the phase.

Mohini Lodhia – Acting Year 5 Leader

Mohini leads Year 5, coordinating teaching, planning, communication and activities while monitoring pupils’ progress and support needs.

Shanice leads Year 6, overseeing teaching, curriculum delivery and pupils’ progress while supporting children as they prepare for secondary school.

Specialist Provision Leads

Javairia Mohammed – Acorns Lead

Javairia leads Acorns, Priory’s specialist SEND provision for Nursery-aged children. She oversees early identification, assessment and tailored support, working closely with families, staff and external professionals.

Molly Moore – Woodlands Lead Teacher

Molly leads Woodlands, Priory’s specialist resource-base provision for pupils from Reception to Year 6. She coordinates personalised provision and works with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, participation and independence.

Rebecca Morris – Orchard Lead Teacher

Rebecca leads Orchard, Priory’s specialist SEND-unit provision for pupils from Reception to Year 6. She oversees pupils’ individual provision and works with families, staff and professionals to ensure their needs and outcomes are supported.
