School Evaluation Form and School Development Plan
The School Evaluation Form and School Development Plan
The SEF (School Evaluation Form) is a document that school leaders use to audit and review the current provision and evaluate the effectiveness of the school. Under each section the SLT have reviewed the evidence available to evaluate the effectiveness of the following areas:
- Quality of education
- Behaviour and attitudes
- Personal Development
- Leadership and management
As the SEF is being reviewed, using all the evidence available, including the reviewed School Development plan (SDP) new priorities begin to emerge. These Priorities are then used to develop the SDP.
The SDP (School Development Plan) sets out the priorities, objectives, success criteria and actions that are needed to ensure progress against the priorities.
In this section of the website we include the following:
- The reviewed SDP from 2023 - 2024
- The draft SEF for the year 2024 2025
- The draft SDP for 2024 2025
